AI Experience Extensions for Zendesk Commerce by agnoStack

Stackable Labs is the AI experience layer for the Zendesk Messaging. Your Messenger, doing more than chat

Most messaging conversations end the same way: the customer asks, an AI Agent or a person answers in text, and anything that needs an action becomes a link to somewhere else. A portal to log into, a form to fill out, an order number to go and find.

Stackable Labs removes that hand-off. Its Messaging Experience Platform extends the Zendesk Messenger with rich, interactive, on-brand experiences that render right inside the conversation - alongside the AI Agents and agents already working in it.

Stackable shows what that looks like in its live demo:

• Orders: customers track an order, browse their purchase history and get help on a specific order without leaving the conversation.
• Subscriptions: skip a charge, change cadence or update quantity, with no portal login.
• CSAT surveys: capture feedback the moment a conversation wraps, tied to the conversation that was just resolved.
• Engagement: turn a chat into an opt-in, and fill wait time with something the customer can actually do.

Each experience carries your brand's colors, logos and layout, so it reads as part of your support rather than a bolted-on widget.

Built from extensions

Every one of those experiences is an extension: a small React app that renders securely inside the Messenger, in the places the host makes available, and reaches data and actions only through the capabilities it is granted.

Brands can install extensions from the Stackable Marketplace in a click. Teams that want something of their own can build it - with ready-made components, a live preview, or by describing it in plain language to Stackable's AI Studio. Coming soon to agnoStack: Stackable Extensions

The same Stackable foundation is coming to agnoStack.

Stackable Extensions will let you build on the Stackable platform once and put the result on both sides of the conversation:

• For your customers, in the Zendesk Messenger through Stackable Labs.
• For your agents, inside the agnoStack app in Zendesk, next to the orders, customers, subscriptions and returns they already work from.

One extension model, one set of building blocks, and a choice per extension of whether your customers need it, your agents need it, or both.

Stackable Extensions will be announced with the agnoStack 6.1.0 release.

Available today

You do not have to wait to start. agnoStack's Stackable Messaging Provider shipped in the 5.41.0 release for retailers on the Premium Tier and above. It brings agnoStack's conversational commerce capabilities - including sharing products and carousels directly in a conversation - to Zendesk Messaging with a simpler setup.

To get ready for Stackable Extensions:

1. Turn on the Stackable Messaging Provider if you are on Premium or above.
2. List the conversations where your customers most often get sent somewhere else - order status, returns, subscription changes. Those are your first extensions.
